Our team will contact you. Have your GP referral, GP details and Medicare card information ready. Let us know if you prefer to see a specific clinician.
Receive Your Video Link
Your telehealth consultation link will be sent to your email address before your appointment.

Before Your Appointment
To make the most of your consultation, please have the following ready:
GP Referral (if available)
A referral from your GP is helpful but not always required.
Medical History
A brief summary of your medical history, current medications and any relevant test results.
Stable Internet Connection
Use a device with a camera and microphone in a quiet, private space.
Payment & Consultation Fees
The initial video consultation costs A$400. Eligible patients with a valid GP referral may receive a Medicare rebate. Payment arrangements will be confirmed during booking.
